Challenge yourself and help the HERA Womens Cancer Foundation fight ovarian cancer!
REI, Sportrock Climbing Centers, and Dancing Mind Yoga have teamed up to help HERA fight ovarian cancer with the 5th annual HERA Climb4Life, Metro DC. The weeklong event includes climbing, yoga classes, social events and parties, clinics and the chance to make new friends. Last year more than 450 climbers joined us for this great event!
Registration Fees
Your $30 registration fee is a donation to HERA and includes:
Admission to Kick-Off and Climbers' Festival
A goodie bag filled with coupons and gifts
Four days of free climbing at Sportrock: 2 at Sterling, 2 at Alexandria (valid 3/13 - 3/21)
Discounts on classes and memberships at Sportrock
Expert unlimited Power Yoga at Dancing Mind Yoga, (valid 3/13 3/21), Clinics with pro-climbers,
Discounts with REI Outdoor School
A special slideshow presentation by a guest pro-climber
Global Mala Event 108 Sun Salutations - celebrate life!
How to Get Involved:
1. Register as an individual or as part of a team on this website. Fundraising totals are tallied for individuals, as well as for teams.
2. Download confirmation. You must have a confirmation sheet in order to climb or take a yoga class!
3. Spend a day climbing - Bring ID and confirmation sheet when you visit either Sportrock location. (Note: there are no Punch Cards this year!)
4. Take a class - You must pre-register in order to take any class. Basic Skills Climbing classes, (3/13 or 3/15) and yoga (3/13 to 3/21) are free for C4L participants. 20% discount on Movement Classes at Sportrock or any REI Outdoor School class or day-trip. Discount does not apply to REI Adventures. There is limited space for all classes! Please call ahead and bring your ID and confirmation sheet when you arrive.

Packet Pick Up
Pick up goodie bags at REI Fairfax during our opening Kick Off, 3/13 from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm. After 3/13, goodie bags will be available at REI Fairfax, REI Bailey's Crossroads, and Sportrock locations. (Note: There is no pick up at any other location!)
